At the end of September we travel with the girls to Paris for 5 days. Marin in the airport having dinner before we board.
They are great travelers
Marin's new birthday luggage gets broken in!
Our plane that will take us to Charles de Gaulle airport.
We arrive early Thursday morning and here is the view out my mother's apartment window.
We immediately head to the local street market to collect food for lunch.
Our meal is a hodgepodge of great stuff....and then we nap.
In the afternoon we take a bus to see the Eifel Tower. This is the girls' first view as we get off the bus.

The girls are so excited to see it! They can't believe how big it is.
We walk to the Seine. This is right at the tower, looking east down towards Notre Dame.
The girsl have an ice-cream to fuel up and watch the tour boats for a bit.
The banks of the Seine are fantastic to walk along
People walk, run, bike, rollerblade...
There's art and activities forever
There's rope climbing..
And other strange things?
Gardens and a wonderful views.
There's new restaurants, bars, lounging areas.
We stop for Tapas and beers
Doesn't get better than this!
Of course there is ping pong
And evening kick boxing
The sun setting on the river is so beautiful
We walk and walk....
We now head up onto the streets. The girls are troopers and get along so well.
We take a night boat ride up the Seine to see the beautiful buildings all lit up.
The next first day we start at The Jardin Luxemburg
